At Healthy Minds For You, my mission is to provide high-quality counselling services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional imbalance, using a psychodynamic approach to ensure every client receives the right therapy for them.
I believe in taking a client-centred approach to counselling, where I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a personalised plan .
I am a fully qualified and insured Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, I adhere to the legislation as set out by my registered body NCPS
I am also trained as an Early Years Educator, Youth Worker and I am currently undergoing training in Understanding Autism

Building your self-esteem can help you develop a healthier sense of self-worth and confidence. I have experience in provide guidance and support to help you identify negative self-talk, develop self-compassion, and improve your relationships with yourself and others.
Grief and loss counselling can be key to help you find a way to cope. With guidance and support to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop strategies to move forward.
Using varying techniques, counselling can help you develop a more positive outlook on life. Helping you to come to terms with experiences and find strategies to reduce the impact on your daily life.
This includes 1 x 30 Minute Initial Assessment plus 1 x 50 Minute Online Video Session
6 x consecutive session booked and paid for in advance £200.00
Please note that all sessions are paid for in advance via bank transfer
This is 2 sessions 7 days apart, total approximately 2.5 hours
Includes initial assessment, personal script and 30 to 45 min session
